HVAC Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As an HVAC Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying market potential, initiating sales processes, and closing deals with potential accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify accounts and identify market potential
- Schedule appointments, make initial presentations, and understand account requirements
- Closing sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining product and service capabilities, and overcoming objections
- Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services, and developing new applications
- Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
- Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled
- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Marketing, or Business Management
- 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience
- Valid Texas driver's license with a safe driving record
