Patient Care Specialist

**Job Summary:**
ZOLL, a leading manufacturer of wearable defibrillators, is seeking an experienced Patient Service Representative to train patients on the use of the LifeVest.
The LifeVest wearable defibrillator provides protection for patients at risk of sudden cardiac arrest (SCA), allowing them to return to their daily activities with peace of mind.
This role is perfect for health professionals looking to supplement their income by providing patient care and education services. As a Patient Service Representative, you will work with patients in their homes or in clinical settings, training them on the use and maintenance of the LifeVest.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage equipment and garment inventory
- Contact caregivers and family members to schedule fittings
- Conduct evening and weekend visits as needed
- Train patients and caregivers on the use of the LifeVest
- Fax signed copies of patient agreements and wear checklists to ZOLL within 24 hours
**Requirements:**
- 1 year of patient care experience
- Documentation of patient experience on resume
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
