Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with patient care and administrative tasks
  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures, including vital sign collection and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including EMR documentation
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
