Job Title: Clinical Navigator Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Navigator Specialist to join our team at The Christ Hospital Cardiovascular Associates. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized assistance to patients and families to help overcome healthcare system barriers
- Use clinical knowledge to offer education and resources to facilitate informed decision making and timely access to quality health and psychosocial care
- Work collaboratively with schedulers, medical assistants, non-clinical navigators, infusion nurses, and physicians to carry out day-to-day aspects of clinical operations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio or Kentucky
- BLS Certification required
- Oncology Nurse Certification preferred but not required
- 5 years of experience in nursing, preferably in oncology
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
