Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Description: As a Pediatric Clinical Therapeutic Specialist, you will provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to a specialty patient population. Your responsibilities will include attendance at medical team rounds, selection and dosing of medication therapies, therapeutic drug monitoring, and adjustment of drug therapies. You will also complete population-based drug use evaluations and performance improvement initiatives to improve outcomes and safety for the specialty patient population.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A PharmD degree, pharmacist license in the state of Ohio, PGY1 residency, and PGY2 residency in pediatrics or relevant patient population specialty are required.
