About the Role

This role will have a unique opportunity to learn the end-to-end (E2E) Supply Chain processes and positively impact them to serve internal & external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive integration of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain change management processes to deliver for internal & external customers.
  • Lead network-wide projects and high-volume event planning and post-mortem.
  • Work across the NA organization in a cross-functional environment with the forecasting teams, Fulfillment Centers, Sort Centers, Delivery Stations and Technology teams.
  • Develop standard planning process mechanisms for all Amazon planning cycles to document assumptions and initiatives that need to be executed to meet the plan, and organize a tracking mechanism to follow initiative statuses.
  • Monitor quality of the network initiatives implementation, monitor progress of initiatives and make changes to the plan to reflect in the latest quarterly guidance.
  • Foster communication channels and collaboration with the different Supply Chain execution and Long-Term Planning teams.
  • Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems, helping teams reduce exposure to classic failure modes assumptions, insufficient stakeholder review, etc.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce non-value added work.
  • Actively seek collaboration & standardization of cadences/processes across business lines geographies.
About the Team

The NA Supply Chain team is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain for Amazon, from inventory planning/placement, through fulfillment, middle-mile, last-mile delivery to the customer and back again through customer/vendor returns.
