Logistics Supply Chain Director

Job Summary: Amazon Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager, S&OP planning team to lead in the space of capacity planning across traditional and crowd-sourced delivery services and sort models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end network initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Analyze data on upstream connections using SQL, Tableau, and Excel to inform network strategy.
  • Define metrics to measure and monitor supply chain performance, inbound flows, and transportation metrics.
  • Collaborate with Research Scientists and Data Engineers to develop planning models to optimize for cost while meeting capacity needs.
  • Work with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems to support business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
