Job Summary

Amazon's Global Supply Chain (GSC) is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join the Supply Chain Innovation (SCI) team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping Amazon's inbound supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with business owners to understand their challenges, needs, and opportunities across the AWD network.
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven insights to improve business results through creating best-in-class metrics, analysis, visualizations, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Manage a team of business intelligence analysts to deliver high-quality, actionable reporting and dashboards.
  • Drive the implementation of process and tool improvements based on data-driven recommendations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience.
  • 3+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL, data visualization using Tableau or Quicksight, and statistical/machine learning software.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,100/year in our highest geographic market.
