Job Title: FP&A Manager - Wholesale Channel

At TOMS, we're seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our Wholesale Channel team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and analysis to drive business results and operating efficiencies.

About the Role:

The FP&A Manager will work closely with the finance team, cross-functional business partners, and leadership team to provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the business. You will also focus on supporting the sales, customer service, operations, and marketing teams within the wholesale business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble major sales, COGS, and SG&A schedules for communication to the business.
  • Identify, analyze, and communicate trends and issues affecting the business to provide financial information and guidance to all levels of management.
  • Manage departmental forecast and budgeting.
  • Assist Senior Director in communication with key business leads, including data collection and dissemination.
  • Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to various departments.
  • Cross-functionally assist on financial initiatives and business impact.
  • In collaboration with the Accounting team, support departmental accruals, internal orders tracking, and monthly close process.
  • Conceive, develop, and produce visual representations of data through data visualization tools, including charts, infographics, and interactives.
  • Develop and analyze KPIs relevant to the business.
  • Consult and problem-solve with departmental Business Partners to distill and refine business insights and analysis for publication.
  • Work with IT Infrastructure team for back-end configuration and data organization to provide insight into customer behavior, trends, financials, and TOMS' business operations.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial forecasting/analysis, consolidation reporting, and/or accounting with strong understanding of accounting principles and experience with accruals, GL, and cost center data analysis.
  • 7+ years of advanced knowledge of Excel, BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong partnership and collaborative style with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to drive a strong culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and results.
  • Competence in the structure of ERP/Financials and Financial Statement Analysis – SAP experience a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred.
  • Experience in retail/fashion industry with ample understanding of wholesale business practices. Footwear experience a plus.
  • Prior experience leading/managing a team is preferred.
  • Commitment to making kindness in business a standard.
