About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at DCS Corp. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex systems and architectures for ground combat vehicle platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of system architectures for ground combat vehicle platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and evaluate new technologies
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and requirements
  • Participate in systems technical reviews and provide technical expertise to government and OEM partners
  • Support developmental testing activities at Army proving grounds

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15 years of experience or Master's degree in the above with 12 years of experience
  • Experience in Large Scale Software System development for ground combat systems
  • Experience in project management, execution, strategy development, risk mitigation and problem solving
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, organizations and industry to advance architectures and technologies solutions

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in Systems Engineering and Integration for Ground Combat/Military Systems
  • Experience with SysML and the development and review of system models
  • Experience coordinating with Army organizations to facilitate strategic relationships and support program goals and objectives
