Position Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and committed Motorcycle Parts Sales Specialist to enhance our operations. In this position, you will be responsible for providing motorcycle parts to customers through various sales channels, including in-person, over the phone, and online.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary: The base salary is $1,150 per month, complemented by a 10% commission based on personal sales performance.

Generous Paid Time Off: We emphasize work-life balance, offering industry-leading paid time off. New full-time employees earn 4 hours of PTO per pay period, amounting to approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increments over time.

Comprehensive Benefits Package: Pro Caliber Bend provides extensive health benefits starting from the first month after 60 days of employment. Options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability, along with a robust 401(k) plan for retirement planning.

Paid Holidays: Employees are entitled to at least 5 paid holidays annually, subject to the completion of the introductory period and other eligibility criteria as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers (both retail and shop) in selecting the necessary parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Inform customers about companion part requirements and promotions, ensuring they are aware of the full product range.
  • Handle phone inquiries, providing price quotes and relevant information.
  • Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory.
  • Notify the parts manager of any out-of-stock items or materials requiring immediate attention.
  • Source out-of-stock parts from external suppliers and submit emergency orders when necessary.
  • Inform the service advisor and customers when special orders arrive.
  • Follow up on back-ordered items.
  • Ensure all internal parts requests are billed correctly on service repair orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front and rear counter areas.
  • Participate in all available training programs.
  • Stay updated on new products and product enhancements.
