Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and experienced Motorcycle Parts Sales Specialist to enhance our operations. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting motorcycle components through various sales channels, including in-person, via phone, and online.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary: Base pay of $1,150 monthly, along with a 10% commission based on personal sales performance.

Generous Paid Time Off: We emphasize the importance of work-life balance, offering an industry-leading PTO policy. New full-time employees earn 4 hours of PTO per pay period, accumulating approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Comprehensive Benefits Package: Pro Caliber Bend provides extensive health benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment. Options include medical, dental, vision, Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage, along with a robust 401(k) plan for retirement savings.

Paid Holidays: Employees are entitled to at least 5 paid holidays each year, subject to the completion of the introductory period and other eligibility criteria as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist all customers (retail and shop) in selecting necessary parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Inform customers about companion part requirements and promotions, ensuring they are aware of the full product range.
  • Handle phone inquiries, providing price quotes and relevant information.
  • Retrieve and fulfill orders from inventory.
  • Notify the parts manager of any out-of-stock items or materials requiring immediate attention.
  • Source out-of-stock parts from external suppliers and submit emergency orders when necessary.
  • Inform service advisors and customers when special orders have arrived.
  • Follow up on back-ordered items.
  • Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed accurately on service repair orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in front and rear counter areas.
  • Participate in all available training programs.
  • Stay updated on new products and product updates.
