Highway Construction Project Lead

Growing People and Companies (GPAC) is an award-winning search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Highway Construction Project Lead to join our team.
About the PositionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and project managers in the delivery of highway construction projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Developing and implementing project plans, specifications, and procedures
- Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery
- Performing quality control tasks, including monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $125,000 per annum, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. The successful candidate will also have opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
