About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Research and Development team at The Dow Chemical Company. As a Research and Development Graduate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions, optimizing processes and applications that align with business and customer goals, and staying current with developments in relevant areas of technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Optimize processes and applications to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay current with developments in relevant areas of technology and apply knowledge to drive innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Contribute to the development of new products and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science or other science or engineering-related discipline
- Minimum 2.700 cumulative GPA
- Ability to work legally in the United States
