The Client Engagement Specialist is dedicated to providing exceptional service to every prospect, customer, and colleague by effectively communicating, actively listening, and demonstrating empathy with each homeowner interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary focus of the Client Engagement Specialist is to reach out to current clients and schedule appointments for a Project Consultant to discuss pricing for additional windows and doors, as well as to gather referrals.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE:
- Make outbound calls to clients using company-approved methods.
- Engage with all clients, prospects, and colleagues in a professional manner, actively listening and showing empathy.
- Accurately document all conversation details in the Enabled system promptly.
- Collaborate with the Customer Relations Lead and Inside Sales Coaches for inquiries or escalated customer issues.
- Achieve daily activity targets, including both inbound and outbound calls.
- Report unresolved issues to your supervisor for appropriate handling, maintaining professionalism.
- Participate in weekly team meetings.
WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and the capacity to accept constructive feedback to enhance performance.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in multitasking, transitioning between different call types without losing efficiency or composure.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Call Center, specifically in Customer Care/Customer Service.
