Job Summary: As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with personal hygiene, supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges, and helping participants become part of their community by engaging in their favorite activities. You will also support participants in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
