We are seeking an HR Support Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources Operations team. This role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing quality service and support to employees and HR teams.

The Estimated Salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless HR operations and exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

* Delivering exceptional customer service by researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Administering HR processes, including tactical processes related to talent acquisition, internal transfers, organizational management, employee records maintenance, and training administration.
* Maintaining strict confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information.
* Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing solutions for more efficient HR support.
* Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met or exceeded.
* Collaborating with team members to resolve escalations and enhance processes.
