  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bakery production experience, including decorating and supervising associates.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
