Job Title: Sales Lead

As a Sales Lead at Chico's FAS, you will play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for supporting Management in achieving sales and profitability goals, while maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive store experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations to store teams and ensure accountability for achieving sales and performance standards.
  • Supervise sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Train and coach sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing (8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
