The Financial Operations Coordinator is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's financial systems. The ideal candidate will have six months of experience in a front office environment and possess basic accounting skills. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts of cash, checks, and credit transactions, providing accounting support to the hotel, and handling confidential information with integrity.

Working as part of a dynamic team, you will be tasked with addressing guest complaints, issues, and requests in a friendly and professional manner, while taking the initiative to resolve all issues and escalate matters when necessary. You will also be required to work proactively to recommend changes in operations and financial activities, effectively utilize Excel and other software tools, and follow all company policies and procedures.
