Job Summary

The Clinical Educator will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs to meet the orientation and ongoing competency needs of our staff. This role requires direct patient care for patients aged 18 and older, and age-specific experience and/or special training is required to serve this population.


Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree in nursing.
  • Current NJ state registered nurse license.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in general acute care hospitals is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within (2) months of hire from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
  • IV certification required within (2) months of hire.
  • Minimum of 1+ years in a nursing supervisory role in a long-term care/critical care setting.
