About the Role

We are seeking a full-time and part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in the state of New Jersey to join our team. This is a fully remote telehealth position for individuals with experience working with patients 18+ in an Outpatient Community Mental Health Center Setting.

We provide a tremendous amount of support to our clinical team, allowing them to focus on what's most important - patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations.
  • Develop an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
  • Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients exclusively through the telehealth modality.
  • Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record as required by standards of care.
  • Participate in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of the clinical team.
  • Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours.
Requirements
  • Relevant and active LCSW license.
  • Certified and/or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, positive relationship building skills, and critical analysis.
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust to the needs of clinic partners.
  • Well-versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting, and concurrent documentation.
