Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on new patient consultations, including vital sign measurements and patient interviews.
- Record patient information, including medical history, chief complaint, and treatment plans.
- Provide patient education on office policies, medications, and treatment options.
- Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine screening tests, including wound care procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and ethical documentation standards.
- Support the emotional well-being of patients and their families, providing resources and information as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited degree nursing program.
- Registered Nurse License and Oncology Nursing Society, Radiation Oncology Certificate preferred.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and sit/stand for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
