Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Nielsen Fleet.
Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to vendors.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Verify and process financial vouchers for payment approval
- Prepare accounts payable checks and ensure timely payment to vendors
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Reconcile statements and ledgers to ensure consistency with dealership schedules
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, or willingness to learn and grow with our team
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite and accounting software
- Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK DMS systems a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
