As a key member of the Immunology leadership team, you will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day activities of scientists within the group.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement pharmacology models to support in vitro and in vivo research for autoimmune disease assets.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal resources to achieve program objectives.
- Lead and manage the development of scientists within the group, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Contribute to the identification and evaluation of new targets, and support the development of innovative technologies.
- Serve as a key liaison between the Immunology group and other departments within the organization.
- Ph.D. in Immunology or a related scientific field, with a proven track record of managerial and scientific leadership.
- Industry experience in drug discovery and development, including hit identification, lead optimization, candidate selection, and preclinical development.
- Expertise in regulatory filings (IND, NDA, or BLA) and experience with complex in vitro and/or in vivo models.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a self-driven, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
