As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing overall store performance by managing account oversight and recovery processes while delivering an exceptional customer service experience.


Your daily responsibilities will include cultivating customer relationships and showcasing innovative sales strategies, setting a standard for your team, and significantly contributing to the store's achievements.

While you support your team and the business's growth, we will equip you with ongoing and extensive training and development programs to elevate your career.


Responsibilities:
Foster customer relationships to generate new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty and recognition.


Expand your store's reach by leveraging business partnerships, securing referrals, and engaging in community events.

Mentor and develop Team Members while assisting with employee management and training to maximize team potential.

Oversee overall store performance by meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and guiding Team Members on various performance metrics.

Ensure security protocols are followed and manage proper opening and closing procedures, including handling cash management and bank deposits.

Supervise account management and recovery processes while prioritizing customer service to mitigate losses and manage accounts effectively.

Collaborate with vendors on auctions, vehicle sales, and consignment operations.

Maintain a work environment that adheres to Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Assist in daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager. Utilize your personal vehicle for business-related tasks throughout the workday.

Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently to meet individual and team performance goals.

Employ strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and Team Members at all levels.

Availability for a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours, is essential for this role.

A full-time schedule for this position encompasses a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 1-2 years of supervisory and management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systemsValid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for business use (mileage compensated)
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check required, including motor vehicle report, and other background checks as necessary (certain state and local applicant exemptions may apply)Physical demands for this position frequently include:

the ability to remain stationary, move freely within and outside the store, and operate mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.
