About the Role:
Northern Edge Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Technician to join our team. As a Clinical Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our Physical Therapists in delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions.
- Provide education and guidance to patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
- Conduct exercises and activities with patients under the supervision of Physical Therapists.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and data entry, as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in a medical environment, preferably in a physical or occupational therapy department.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, Physical Therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
