Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Lead to join our team at Aramark. This role will oversee the daily operations of patient services, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and nutrition.

About the Role:

The Patient Services Lead will be responsible for supervising patient services workers, delivering nourishments and snacks to patients as ordered by physicians and dietitians, and communicating with the Food and Nutrition Services Department to ensure that patient food needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise patient services workers during meal service
  • Deliver nourishments and snacks to patients as ordered by physicians and dietitians
  • Communicate with the Food and Nutrition Services Department to ensure that patient food needs are met
  • Maintain and adhere to all sanitation standards
  • Lead, train, and support patient services workers in their roles
  • Inventories and re-stocks pantries, refrigerator, and freezers on assigned unit(s)
  • Maintains temperature logs for unit refrigerators and freezers

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Patient Services Supervisor required
  • Demonstrates leadership, interpersonal, communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English; Bilingual abilities preferred

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
