Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. in North Alabama. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic radiology services to patients in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues using computerized tomography equipment.
  • Position patients to scan specific areas of their bodies.
  • Administer radiocontrast agents to patients to enhance the visibility of internal organs and tissues.
  • Evaluate CT scans to determine whether they are of good technical quality.
  • Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support as required.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in radiologic technology from an accredited/approved school.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or eligible to test within one (1) year.
  • Knowledge of x-ray equipment and related technology.
  • Current BLS certification.
