As a Service Tech, you will provide exceptional guest service while advising on gear condition, perform tuning and repair services, and work together with teammates to maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on ski and snowboard equipment to guests
  • Perform high-quality tuning and repair services for guests
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
  • May include other responsibilities such as cashiering, retail sales, rentals, or other departments
Requirements
  • Display mechanical aptitude to perform ski and snowboard tunes, maintenance, or repairs
