As a Delivery Specialist with Vail Resorts, you'll play a critical role in delivering ski and snowboard gear to our members and guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience on the slopes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review reservation details and prepare orders for delivery
  • Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions, maintaining safe and professional driving standards
  • Act professionally and courteously while fitting equipment and explaining proper use to guests and members
  • Utilize technology to track the fulfillment process and gear
  • Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Be able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safely
  • Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditions
