Deliver Exceptional Experiences

As a Delivery Specialist at Vail Resorts, you will be the face of our My Epic Gear membership program, delivering ski and snowboard gear to our members and guests. You will work independently, efficiently, and with a focus on providing unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review reservation details and prepare orders for delivery
  • Drive company-provided vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe, professional driving standards
  • Act professionally and courteously while fitting equipment and explaining proper use
  • Utilize technology to track the fulfillment process and gear
  • Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Be able to drive in winter weather conditions, nighttime driving conditions, and heavy traffic
  • Keen to learn new skills, open-minded, and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and move large rolling racks of skis and snowboards safely
  • Willingness and ability to stand for 8 hours and work outside in winter conditions
