Job Summary

This role requires coverage of the 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST hours, Monday through Friday. This aligns with the Small Business Unit's operating hours, which are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This department handles both incoming emails and phone calls during this time. We offer flexibility in scheduling, with potential options including a 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM shift or a split shift arrangement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and maintain group information and benefit files.
  • Resolve benefit inquiries received from Account Managers, producers, sales reps, and small market clients.
  • Analyze and coordinate the implementation of new products, group changes, benefit enhancements, non-standard benefits, and activities related to mass updates.
  • Handle error management and ensure files are corrected.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 0-1 year of relevant subject matter experience in the area of specialization
  • Producers License
Working Conditions

This is an office-based position with occasional travel required. The incumbent may have direct interaction with producers, clients, and sales reps to ensure complete implementation, ongoing service, and all renewal activity.

Pay Range

$19.27 - $26.88 per hour
