Field Tech Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Tech Sales Expert to join our team. As a Field Tech Sales Expert, you will be responsible for delivering and servicing devices within 24 hours, selling Asurion smart home related products, and providing superior service and products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-person device setup and technical support for customers' smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
Meet with customers face to face at their homes
Always upsell Asurion smart home and other products
Achieve sales and service goals and grow as a result of feedback and coaching
Through interactions with customers, our experts demonstrate integrity in serving, solving and selling with expectations to listen to the customer's needs, provide accurate information and conduct themselves in a way that is consistent with Asurion's values.
Requirements:
Strong willingness to learn tech and sales or prior sales and/or tech experience in any industry
A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience
Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) for transportation use to/from customer visits. Service appointments are located in neighborhoods and cities surrounding inventory warehouse(s), maximum expected travel distance is 120 miles one way.
Use of personal cellphone (no older than 3 models to the most recent model) - to keep you in the know, while on the job
Comfort working around dogs, cats and other pets that may be present in customer homes
Comfort working during evening hours
What We Offer:
Base pay is guaranteed and paid bi-weekly. Earned pay can now be accessed early
Based on your sales performance, you'll get extra money
Mileage reimbursement is paid weekly based on IRS guidelines
$35/month phone stipend
3-4 weeks of paid training where your success is our top priority We provide hands-on training in serving customers, solving tech problems, and refining top-notch selling skills
