Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing and dispensing prescription orders, and counseling patients on their medication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on their medication needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
