Responsibilities

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emergency response and airway management, including nasotracheal and endotracheal suctioning.
  • Delivering aerosolized drugs and ventilator management.
  • Performing oral hygiene, airway retaining device placement and maintenance, and airway support device management.
  • Oxygen delivery devices and therapeutic monitoring, chest film analysis, blood gas collection and analysis, EKG analysis.
  • Accurate and complete documentation, cleaning and stocking of equipment and supplies as necessary.
  • Participating in CAP and JC surveys.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RT or RCP License in state of employment required.
  • BLS required.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC required.
  • 1-3 years of experience preferred.

Estimated Salary: $63,000 - $83,000 per year

Work Schedule: Varies
Work Type: Per Diem As Needed
