Job Title: Respiratory Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Specialist to join our team at Montefino Ventilator Training. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe operation of ventilators and other respiratory therapy equipment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide emergency care, including artificial respiration and external cardiac massage.
  • Determine requirements for treatment, such as type, method, and duration of therapy.
  • Monitor patients' physiological responses to therapy and consult with physicians if adverse reactions occur.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to manage patient care.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, clean, test, and maintain respiratory therapy equipment.
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans for patients.
  • Educate residents and their families about their conditions and teach disease management techniques.
  • Perform bronchopulmonary drainage and assist patients with breathing exercises.
