Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate product placement.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the sales floor, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Work Environment

The C-Store Team Member will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent customer interactions and a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The team member will be required to stand for long periods, lift and move objects, and work in a variety of environmental conditions.
