- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer programs, with previous claims management experience being a bonus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
