  • Program Understanding: Read and understand care programs, health plans, and guidelines to effectively communicate with clients and provide tailored services to meet their needs.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other company departments to exceed client service expectations and adhere to established department protocols and procedures.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Assess client needs and offer tailored services to meet those needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare.
  • Experience: Preferably background in public health coordination or health navigation experience, with 1-2 years of customer service experience in healthcare or related fields.
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer programs, with previous claims management experience being a bonus.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is advantageous.
