Customer Success Product Manager

As a Customer Success Product Manager, you will drive key initiatives and own escalations to ensure transparency of initiatives focusing on action items, risks, issues, and decision-making.

You will engage business leaders, integrate people, process, quality, and stability for our internal and external clients. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor initiatives or work streams with a high degree of business complexity and risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of problem-solving and testing activities associated with the business for a given work stream and/or client product customization.
  • Identify and interpret customer data-focused requirements on enhancing service delivery.
  • Analyze data as it relates to escalations to determine root cause analysis to provide a timely resolution with risks/issues captured and identified to prevent further business problems with our Money Network/Prepaid Card platforms.
  • Manage vendor billing and distribution of payments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of experience, education, and military service.
  • 8+ years of experience as an Operations Analyst.
  • 4+ years of experience negotiating contract terms, conditions, and pricing in the Financial Services Industry.
  • Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, techniques, and software, including advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools.
