About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager II to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Project Manager II, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple Growth & Construction projects, working closely with our PM team and Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate efforts of team members, vendors, and consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Resolve issues and ensure project goals and requirements are met.
  • Work with project teams to define scope, develop project schedules, and gather detailed requirements.
  • Establish project team roles and responsibilities, monitor progress, and hold team accountable for delivery of tasks.
  • Develop and communicate project plans, status, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Identify and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating to stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, adapting to changing project plans and requirements.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Growth & Construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and PMP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
