Job Description

Spitzer Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager II or III to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide project status updates to stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on complex projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
