Senior Event Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Sales Manager to join our team at Davidson Hospitality Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by booking and managing events, from weddings to corporate conferences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our sales and catering staff to ensure seamless event execution and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by booking and managing events
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales and catering staff to ensure event execution
  • Manage event contracts and agreements
  • Conduct site inspections and provide recommendations for event planning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
  • 3+ years of food and beverage experience
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding/knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Confident and professional appearance
  • Ability to direct/motivate event sales department to meet and exceed goals
