Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering personnel to modify processes and improve production and quality of products.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles, total quality practices, and six sigma methodologies to drive improvement.
• Develop and train team leaders, cell facilitators, supervisors, and other manufacturing support personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and department-specific safety requirements.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
• Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 7 years of leadership experience.
• Strong leadership skills to create an engaged employee environment.
• Ability to drive improvement through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, total quality practices, and six sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with tooling, molds, and dies relating to the Investment Casting, Injection Molding, or Stamping Industries is preferred.
