Job Title: Cybersecurity Systems Engineer

At KMS Solutions, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security solutions to protect our clients' systems and data.

Job Summary:

The Cybersecurity Systems Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing security solutions to protect systems and data
  • Conducting risk assessments and vulnerability analysis
  • Implementing security controls and monitoring systems
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on systems engineering
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulations, including NIST and DoD RMF
  • Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as computer science or cybersecurity
  • CISSP or CAP certification
  • Experience with undersea warfare systems and Navy systems
