- Oversee the staffing of front office personnel, which includes recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling front desk staff, guest service aides, concierge personnel, and PBX operators.

- Efficiently manage and utilize the MICROS system at the front desk, ensuring accuracy in daily transactions and handling less frequent operations.
- Review and address discrepancies in AM and PM reports with precision.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering teams regarding guest room status, requests, and maintenance needs, ensuring timely processing of guest inquiries.
- Welcome guests with professionalism, handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly while addressing their questions and assisting with their needs.
