Transform Guest Experiences at Dash In

We're seeking a skilled Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Dash In, a proud division of the Wills Group family of brands. As a Guest Experience Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in the front of the house.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates who excel in delivering an outstanding guest experience 24/7.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Front of House and provide your associates with the tools and resources they need to create a remarkable guest experience.
  • Proactively engage with guests and promptly address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently, resulting in a "no wait" experience.
  • Keep an eye on customer flow and open registers as needed to maintain a seamless guest experience.
  • Uphold Dash In Brand Standards, which include high levels of guest engagement, maintaining a clean facility, ensuring a safe environment, and adhering to all Dash In operational guidelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Guest Experience Manager, especially regarding ordering and inventory needs.
  • Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management position in a customer service or retail environment.
  • A High School Diploma or GED required.
  • The ability to multitask and effectively solve problems.
  • Comfortable using technology, including POS software.
  • A strong focus on providing an exceptional guest experience with excellent people skills.
