Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our clients. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling patient visits, ensuring compliance with agency policies and regulations, and collaborating with the clinical director to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and schedule patient visits to ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with the clinical director to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Lead and mentor staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care
  • Perform on-site supervisory visits to assess client, family, environment, and clinical caregivers
Requirements:
  • Current, unrestricted RN licensure in the state
  • Must satisfy all state and federal requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Previous pediatric experience preferred
