Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will provide outstanding front-line service to our passengers.
Welcome and assist all customers in a courteous and timely manner
Issue tickets, assign seating, check baggage, board flights, and provide necessary information
Assist passengers with special needs and address customer concerns
Communicate effectively with ground staff and flight crews
Manage situations such as flight cancellations and delays with composure
Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Qualifications:
We are in search of individuals who are passionate about customer service, particularly in the airline industry. SkyWest Client Relations Specialists come from diverse backgrounds, education, interests, and experiences.
Be at least 18 years of age
Hold a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license
Possess a High School Diploma or GED
Successfully pass a pre-employment background check
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
This is a part-time position, with a starting pay of $18.00 per hour.
