We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinarian to join our team at Aspetuck Animal Hospital LLC in New Preston, CT. Our hospital is a busy 3+ doctor, AAHA Accredited, full-service veterinary hospital, and boarding facility. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality medicine with a personal approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and diagnose diseases and injuries of pets (primarily dogs and cats), and treat surgically or medically
  • Collaborate within our veterinary ecosystem, and communicate with referring veterinarians
  • Participate in ongoing education, seminars, and training to stay at the top of your field
  • Administer core vaccinations and counsel clients in well pet care
  • Read and interpret radiograph and ultrasound studies (telemedicine available for difficult cases)
  • Celebrate the bond clients have with their pets

Requirements:
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree
  • 2+ years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in a Veterinary Hospital setting is preferred
  • Internship training is also preferred but not required
  • Ability to attain CT Veterinary License
  • Excel in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • New grads and experienced Doctors are welcome
